Requirements

  • The below steps are only valid when running Strawberry in the cloud with LucidLink storage. If your company runs Strawberry on-premises, please use these steps instead.
  • To perform the below steps, you must have a user account in Strawberry or through your company’s single sign-on (SSO) system.

Step 1: Downloading the Software

Step 2: Installing the Lucidlink App

In this step, you will install the LucidLink client for macOS. Please note that once the Lucidlink app has been installed, you don’t need to connect to a filespace, meaning you don’t need to provide credentials. Instead, you want to proceed with installing the Strawberry client application.

  • Follow the LucidLink installation instructions for macOS by clicking on this link.
  • The Lucidlink installation process requires you to restart your computer at least once.

Step 3: Installing the Strawberry macOS App

In this step, you will install the Strawberry SaaS client.

Step 4: Testing & Login

Once both the Strawberry client app and the Lucidlink app are installed, you can log in with your Strawberry credentials.
