1. Login to the Strawberry Admin panel
2. Click on “Assets”
3. Click on the “Node & Worker Control” bar to expand it
NODE ID
This is the system-assigned ID of each encoding node.
.h3 NODE ADDRESS
The node address is the hostname or IP address and port under which a node can be reached
STATUS
The status describes the running state of the note. Green means “running”, yellow means “paused” and red means “not running”
NUMBER OF WORKERS
The number of encoding workers (threads) that work at the same time. The Strawberry Server license comes with 3 Workers, additional workers must be licensed separately.
GPU ENCODING (NVENC)
If your proxy encoding server has a support GPU built into it, then Strawberry can utilize that GPU for high-performance proxy encoding. If a supported GPU is available, then you will see the checkbox Enable X GPUs
, where X
represents the number of available GPUs in that node. If no supported GPU has been found, then you will see the message No qualified GPU found
.
ACTIONS
Stop, start, restart or edit a scheduler for individual nodes
