1. Login to the Strawberry Admin panel
2. Click on the “Misc” tab
3. Click on the “Support” bar to expand it
Upload Exceptions to the Projective Error Tracking Service (Recommended)
When enabled, this service will automatically upload error messages to Projective’s Sentry account for further analysis. The host “ingest.sentry.io” needs to be reachable via HTTPS from the Strawberry server for this feature to work. By default, this function is disabled and you need to manually enable it (opt-in) from the Strawberry Admin panel.
Download Logs and Exceptions
Clicking on this button will create a .tar.gz file that includes system logs and exceptions.
