Strawberry rejects user authentications trough Skies if the password provided does not meet minimum security criteria. Affected users are prompted to reset their passwords. A strong password must at least match all of the following criteria.
- At least 8 characters
- At least 1 lower-case letter
- At least 1 upper-case letter
- At least 1 special character
- At least 1 number
