File Import Failure: The importer reported a generic error
The error is shown in Adobe Premiere and is likely caused by insufficient file permissions resulting in Premiere being unable to import the file.
1. Close the error message by pressing the “OK” button
2. In the Strawberry Adobe panel extension, click on the “Sync” button
3. Wait for 10 seconds
4. Now press the “More Options” button
5. Click on the “Conform Project” tab and then press the “Conform Project” button
