Requirements
- To perform the below steps, you must have a user account in Strawberry or through your company’s single sign-on (SSO) system.
Step 1: Downloading the Software
- Download the latest supported Lucidlink app for Windows from our Download Portal.
- Download the latest Strawberry client for Windows from our Download Portal.
Step 2: Installing the Lucidlink App
In this step, you will install the LucidLink client for Windows. Please note that once the Lucidlink app has been installed, you don’t need to connect to a filespace, meaning you don’t need to provide credentials. Instead, you want to proceed with installing the Strawberry client application.

Step 3: Installing the Strawberry Windows App
In this step, you will install the Strawberry client.

Step 4: Testing & Login
Once the Strawberry client and Lucidlink apps are installed, you can log in with your Strawberry credentials.
