Introduction
The Auto-Transcribe feature is designed to eliminate manual intervention by automatically triggering the Strawberry Transcription Service based on project-level settings. This ensures that every asset within a project is processed and ready for logging or editing without requiring a user to initiate the process for each file.
Enabling Auto-Transcribe on Project Creation
1. In the Projects UI, click on the NEW PROJECT button to get to the project creation modal.
2. Fill out the project metadata fields as needed and then check the box next to Auto-Transcribe Assets in this Project.
3. Once the project has been created, any new assets in this project will be auto-transcribed.
Enabling or Disabling Auto-Transcribe for Existing Projects
1. Click on the project for which you would like to enable or disable auto-transcribe.
2. Click on the More... tab and then on the AI tab underneath it.
3. Check the box next to Auto-Transcribe Assets in this Project to enable auto-transcribe for this project or uncheck the box to disable it.
4. Important! Auto-transcribe will not transcribe existing assets; it only transcribes new ones. If you want to transcribe existing assets in this project on an ad hoc basis, right-click on the project and click on AI Transcribe.
