Prerequisites

Adding Values to the Technical Metadata Index List

1. Log in to the Strawberry admin panel.
2. Click on the Assets tab and then on the Manage Asset Indexers accordion.
3. In the Technical Metadata Index List (Custom) click in an empty spot after the last list entry.
4. Start typing the name of the metadata property that you would like to add. An auto-complete list will appear.

5. Once you have found the metadata in the auto-complete list, you can click on it to auto-fill it, or you can fully enter the value and then press return or enter on your keyboard.
6. Once the property has been added, you must press the Save button at the bottom of the section for the changes to be applied.

Adding Values to the Technical Metadata Search List

1. Log in to the Strawberry admin panel.
2. Click on the Assets tab and then on the Manage Asset Indexers accordion.
3. In the Technical Metadata Search List, click in an empty spot after the last list entry.
4. Start typing the name of the metadata property that you would like to add. An auto-complete list will appear and it will only display items thar are in the Technical Metadata Index List.
5. Once you have found the metadata in the auto-complete list, you can click on it to auto-fill it.
6. Once the property has been added, you must press the Save button at the bottom of the section for the changes to be applied.
