2.4.2. Submitting Assets to a Gallery

Requirements

• The Galleries feature is part of Strawberry’s Communications System add-on. The add-on must be activated on your system in order to use this feature.
• In order to submit assets to Galleries, you must have the capability “Can submit Assets to Galleries” enabled in your user role. If you are unable to submit assets to a Gallery, please contact an Administrator.

Usage

1. Select the asset that you wish to submit to a Gallery. You can also select & submit multiple assets or an entire folder.

2. Right-click on the selected asset(s) and select Share / Submit Assets to a Gallery

3. Select the target Gallery and folder from the dropdown menu and then click on the Submit button.

*Once the assets have been submitted, the managers of the target Gallery will get a notification about the submission.
