Requirements

Introduction
Since version 7.0.8, Strawberry allows Administrators to define project status availability on a per-team basis. By specifying which statuses are assigned to specific teams, Administrators can better manage complex workflows and ensure that team members only see and interact with the project stages relevant to their organizational roles.
Example
A Strawberry system has 3 teams, hereafter referred to as Team1, Team2, and Team3. In addition, the system has 3 configured project statuses, hereafter referred to as Status1, Status2, and Status3.
The Administrator can restrict Team1 to access only Status1 and Status2. This means that users from Team1 can check and uncheck Status1 and Status2 on all projects to which they have write access. Status3 remains invisible to these users unless another team has applied (checked) it to a project. In this case, users from Team1 can see Status3, but they cannot remove (uncheck) it.
Special Conditions
- Status restrictions do not apply to Administrators. They can see and edit all statuses at all times.
- IMPORTANT: As soon as a single team has its checkable statuses restricted, users who are not members of any team will no longer have access to any status. This can only be resolved by ensuring that all users (who are not Administrators) are members of at least one team.
- If a user belongs to multiple teams with different status restrictions, their permissions combine to grant access to all available statuses across those teams. Consequently, if a user is a member of both a restricted and an unrestricted team, they will have full access to all statuses.
Usage
1. Log into the Administration panel and click on the Acess tab.
2. Expand the Manage Teams & Quotas bar.
3. Click on the team that you want to restrict to certain statuses.
4. In the right-hand table, click on the Extended Access Options tab and then select Statuses.
5. Change the dropdown menu from Unrestricted to Restricted. This will list the available statuses on the Strawberry system.
6. Select to which statuses the team should have access by checking the boxes next to those statuses.
