4.8.1. Generating a Transcript

Requirements

• The workflows below require Strawberry’s Transcription Service, which requires a separate license.
• To generate transcripts, your user role must have the capability Generate AI Transcriptions enabled.

Generating a Transcript for a single Asset from the Context Menu

1. Right-click on the asset to show its context menu.
2. In the context menu, click on AI Transcribe.

The transcript is now being generated. Depending on your notification setting you will receive a notification once the process is completed.

Generating a Transcript for a single Asset from the Annotation View

1. Double-click on an asset to enter its annotation view.
2. Click on the Transcript tab located in the upper right area of the UI.
3. Click on the Generate Transcript button.

The transcript is now being generated. Depending on your notification setting you will receive a notification once the process is completed.
