Requirements
- The Galleries feature is part of Strawberry’s Communications System add-on. The add-on must be activated on your system in order to use this feature.
- To change the Automation Settings of a Gallery, you must be a manager of that Gallery
Usage
1. Select the Gallery for which you want to change the automation settings.
2. Click on the Settings tab that is located on the left side below the Gallery name to open the Gallery’s settings.
3. Click in the SETTINGS tab.
4. Look for the Gallery Automation section.
Here you can configure the following…
Automatically release submission to this Gallery
When enabled and a user submits an asset to a Gallery, it will be released automatically, making it visible to all Gallery Members immediately. It is not recommended to enable this setting in galleries used for approval workflows with external clients, as unchecked submissions could be erroneous.
Proxies of Auto-released assets can be downloaded
When enabled, proxy versions of auto-released assets can be downloaded.
Originals of Auto-released assets can be downloaded
When enabled, the original (source) versions of auto-released assets can be downloaded.
Auto-released assets can be shared via Email
When enabled, auto-released assets can be shared via Email.
Gallery Members can change the content of this Gallery
When enabled, members of this Gallery can create, rename, move, and delete folders within it. They can also upload files to this Gallery.
