To view or change your project notification & auto-subscription settings, do the following:
1. Log in to Strawberry with your credentials.
2. Click on the “persona” icon in the top left corner and then on My Account.
3. Click on the Notifications tab and then on the Asset tab.
Notify me about my subscribed Assets in the following ways
Here, you can define what kind of asset notifications you want to receive and how they should be delivered to you.
Auto-Subscribe
Here, you can define the interactions for which Strawberry should automatically subscribe you to file assets.
Auto-Unsubscribe
To avoid spam, you can define after how many days without interaction you will be automatically unsubscribed from an asset. Interactions for assets are:
- Description Changes
- Add or change an annotation
- Share via email
- Retrieve from archive
- Copy-to
Auto-Unsubscribe Examples for Media Assets
If auto-unsubscribe for assets is set to 30 days, then you will be unsubscribed from an asset when you haven’t…
- changed its description for 30 days
- added or changed an annotation (marker) for 30 days
- changed its custom metadata for 30 days
- shared it via email for 30 days
- retrieved it from the archive for 30 days
- copied it using “copy-to” for 30 days
- re-encode it for 30 days
