Glossary
Client Software
Client software refers to the Strawberry client applications for macOS and Windows, including all extension panels for Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects.
End of Life (EOL)
This refers to the date on which a major version’s last patch version was either released or will be released. Once the EOL date for a major version has passed, Projective will no longer provide any new features, patches, or bug fixes for that major version. This includes the Strawberry server software as well as the client software.
End of Support (EOS)
This refers to the date until which Projective will assist with support-related tasks such as configuration assistance and troubleshooting. If a bug occurs during the EOS period, affected customers must first update to a Strawberry version that is not EOL. Once the EOS period of a major version has passed, Customers must update to a version that is not EOL to receive further support.
