The editing proxies that are downloaded & imported by the Skies Adobe panel are based on the standard streaming proxies which Strawberry creates on a continuous basis. In order to increase the editing proxy quality and help users to visually distinguish editing proxies from HighRes media, the following settings are recommended for Strawberry proxy files.
Proxy Resolution and Bitrate
We recommended configuring proxy files to the “Same as Source” preset. This will result in proxies having the same resolution as their HighRes media counterparts, which simplifies the process of relinking the editing proxies back to their source files (conforming).

Visual Watermarking
Visual watermarks help to distinguish editing proxies from HighRes media files. If you are already using visual watermarking within Strawberry, you may keep your current settings unchanged. Alternatively, you can create and upload your own watermark or use our template instead.
