When installing our client application, you may see a message such as:

To proceed with the installation, you must click on the More info button and then on Run.
Why does this warning appear?
This warning appears because the code-signing certificate has been issued very recently. Microsoft Defender SmartScreen relies on a reputation system that evaluates how often a particular certificate has been used to sign software that is safely downloaded and installed. Since our product has been signed with this new certificate very recently, SmartScreen temporarily flags it as “unrecognized.” This does not indicate a security problem with the application; it simply means that the certificate has not yet built up sufficient reputation within Microsoft’s system. As more users download and install this version, SmartScreen will automatically update its reputation. Once enough successful installs have been recorded, the warning will disappear.
